The house ("villa" for our U.K. friends) has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a screened-in pool.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are linens provided?

Upon arrival, you'll find that all beds are made up, and both bathrooms have towels. There are also additional sheets/blankets in the closet, and extra towels in the linen closet.

Is there dishware?

The kitchen has everything (except food). From plates and cutlery to pots and appliances, you should be able to find practically everything you'd have at home.

Where can I find games, movies and music?

The house has dozens of movies (both VHS tapes and DVDs), numerous CDs, a selection of games for the Nintendo system. In addition, a video rental store is located nearby. You can also rent DVDs at Walmart and the Publix grocery store.

Can I connect to the Internet?

We have a Wireless High Speed connection on site. This is provided free of charge on a best effort basis (service interuptions are beyond our control). There is a laptop on site, but feel free to bring your own.

Is the house both heated and air conditioned?

The house has air conditioning, and just in case there are cools nights in Florida, there is also a gas heated furnace. The water heater also runs on natural gas, so you should never run out for a hot bath or shower.

The pool is also gas heated, but this is available for an additional fee.
